Just a thought.



For many years we have always been a safe school. Recently we are being LEAD to believe this has  changed . After speaking with many it has come to our attention we have a big problem brewing.
During open house one thing Bacon and The VP kept  stressing was safety . When did you ever feel you were not safe at PVRS?
Than this bathroom issue, escorts when leaving study halls and the  lack of trust.
It seems like what is happening here is more of a brainwashing technique than anything else. Our Superintendent  has a control issue and when you don't play along you are removed and replaced . Again we were warned.  So we did some digging and found these techniques that are used in ways to brainwash and control an environment . Alot of them fit into what we have been experiencing and the students. One thing I want to point out  is listen to your kids , because they will try and make you think the conspiracy  is with them not the Administration.


 1 - Accelerating acceptance of new ways by constantly denouncing former beliefs and values .

2- Encouraging blind acceptance and rejection of logic through complex lectures on an incomprehensible doctrine.

3- Implanting subliminal messages by stressing certain key words or phrases in long, confusing lectures.

4- REMOVAL OF PRIVACY -

5- DISINHIBITION - Encouraging child-like obedience.Poor risk assessment.

6- UNCOMPROMISING RULES - Inducing regression and disorientation by soliciting agreement to seemingly simple rules which regulate mealtimes, bathroom breaks .

7- VERBAL ABUSE  ( some teachers and past Admins experienced this )


8-CONTROLLED APPROVAL

9- Repetitively repeating a word or sentence  until its redundant. Like for instance "safety" or "our biggest concern is safety" or "our first concern is safety".(This will be done to justify there actions they clearly knew were unjustified.)

 This was repeated over and over Open House night . 

10- Needlessly implying past Administrators  wrongs or lack of in order to get you to process what they feel is the right order.  ( The Superintendent has done this since her arrival. - Rushing to the media reporting non truths about missing funds - is a good example - Principal stating  that the past Administrators did not follow what was written in the handbook and were being followed now , finding ways to put down the past Administrators in hopes to justify there action's. Just a couple of examples )   

11- The  lack of Optimism..

  3. Hello !! The School Committee doesn't give a damn.Its all a power play with them too. Pat most defiantly needs to go. She is well aware of all the problems that happen last year and she knows it because it was her they spoke with.

    1. Pat Shearer has totally abandoned her responsibility to the staff (former and present), kids and their parents of PVRS. Abandoning, also her responsibility to the TOWNS PEOPLE, who pay the taxes. This is disgusting, Pat

    2. She needs to step down and so do the others so we can put more responsible and reliable people in who will work for whats right for our school and students and teachers. This SC has shown it is not capable of handling this job.

    4. Wrong! They all need to go .The SC knew a year and a half before Dorion left she was leaving and they screwed off. The SC was told that Miller was NOT recommended and hired her anyway . The SC knew what was going on in the school last year because Principal Wherli . Mike Duprey and Sharon informed them and they did NOTHING. Either they step up and paying her out or they do the honorable thing and resign .

  6. I really try to see the good in all people, but I've yet to see the good in Ruth. I don't hate her because I make it a rule to not hate people but I STRONGLY DISLIKE HER!!!

  7. I just saw on Facebook that people are all ready showing up for the school committee meeting and it doesn't even start for over an hour!!!

    LISTEN UP SCHOOL COMMITEE AND RUTHLESS IF PEOPLE ARE TAKING TIME OUT OF THERE BUSY DAILY LIVES AMD EVEN AN WHOLE HOUR BEFORE THE MEETING IS SUPPOSED TO START, THEN PEOPLE ARE P I S S E D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCHOOL COMITTEE LISTEN UP AND FIRE RUTHLESS OR MAKE HER RESIGN.!!!!!!!!! I can only imagine what Dayle Doiron is thinking, and I'm sure F Summer Turner (Pioneers first ever superintendent) is rolling in his grave!!!!

  8. I would like to take a moment to say that Earl McGraw may you Rest In Peace. You were not a teacher at pioneer but you were a member of our community. I went to tech for a little while and I thought you were the best part of the tech!!! You were truly a sweet man, and you've left this earth to soon. I wish your family the best.

    1. Let's please take a second to forget pioneers problems and honor Mr. McGraw. I'm truly honored that I got to meet him and that Pioneer did the ductape Mr. Duprey in his honor. He will be missed. We may think our problems are large, but we have to put others first. I hope others follow in my footsteps and try and be positive. Thank you, Mr. McGraw.
