something new pops up

No matter how hard you try to find something positive  in all this something new pops up.
At the SC meeting in May , they were asked to do exit interviews of the teachers leaving so they could get a hand on what was going on. I have now learned they chose NOT to do this. So you have to ask yourself  why?

I don't know the answer , but I am gonna have to say , to cover there asses . Again, you choose to ignore .
"Nothing like disregarding a whole community of people who came with their issues and concerns"

Here we go again

Here we are again.

First Ruth Miller misinformed the media about Mr  Wherli
Than again about Mr Duprey.
Now I find out she lied again concerning the Article on Sept 1, 2016 concerning the "SHORT FALL OF 460,000.00"  Which FYI was not true , was it Ruth? Instead  you have left these taxpayers dangling . Shame on you and Shame on the School Committee a well.
How much more do we accept  before its to late?

Just gotta say

I just have to say that when a small blog this size gets 5000 hits in less than two weeks , something is seriously needing addressing .

From the School Committee not doing there jobs, here are just a few examples here:

1- Why are you not addressing the Teachers and Admins concerns?
2- Why are you  not addressing the concerns of the parents and Tax payers?
3-Why are you not listening to the children?
4- Why did you hire  Miller when you were advised not to?
5- Why wasn't a new search conducted?
8- Why did you NOT address the so called short fall of 460,000.00? ( You left taxpayers hanging  knowing full well this mistake was Millers not understanding the district and school choice) Why wasn't this rectified ?

Ruth Miller should of never been hired . Here's  a few examples

1-Losing teachers and Admins at alarming rates
2-Misinformation given to the media by Miller  concerning "Short Falls" ,  Mr Wherli , Mr Duprey
Mr. Halloway and Sharon Jones for starters.
3-The sudden move of the Superintendents office  which has been questioned .
How was this rental paid for ?
How was the security deposit paid ?

Electrical , heat , air, security? Still no answers

4-Unable to work well with administration, teachers, students
5-Abusive and Alienating
6-Lack  in leadership and Guidance
7-Lack in Knowledge of budget related issues concerning districts and school choice . IE: ""The short fall "
8-Misleading information about her  job in Templeton, Loss of there Principal as well .
9- Lacks creditably .The list goes on and on and on and on...................

Well Ruth this might be funny if I knew you. Those words remind you of anything?
We know more than were saying  but its only a matter of time before the cat catches the rat

Shame on you Templeton and PVRS School Committee

What happen yesterday at PVRS High School will take a very long time to heal.
To Templeton Narragansett Regional School District what you did to get  rid of your monster was a cruel act and you will suffer from this for years to come. Hurting the innocent never comes without repercussion. Its the law of nature.

PVRS School Committee your lack of ability to handle the task put in front of you , makes you a unreliable and untrusted source .You have betrayed those who elected you into these positions of trust . You failed and lied  when you knew that the committee you created voted not to elect Ruth Miller. The damage which has occurred from your failure to do your duties has caused great harm to our schools, teachers and children. A petition should be started  and sent to the Town Select-board, to have an emergency town meeting  to replace each and everyone of you .I'm sure getting the required signatures will not take long .

Northfield will soon be in a position it never needed to be in concerning school choice. Not just from the towns but the parents who will chose other options. Vernon  will cost you  a loss alone of 500,000.00 plus . How will you make up them funds? Than you have Winchester  who has not decided yet , but is hearing all that is going on and I can assure you many read this blog and vote. How do you think they will vote? They won't be able to absorb  the loss of Vernon. Northfield, Bernardston, Lyden and Warwick will have to cover this and just how well do you think that is going to go over with taxpayers who will have to pay more money ? You have no  one to blame  you did this,  its ALL on you .

Up until this last year PVRS  was the school of choice for many parents . This is now in question.
Changes need to be made and quick. A search for a more suitable superintendent, and school board committee members is a must .

SC members you created this mess with your lack of ability to do your jobs . Either fix it and our  schools and teachers  or step down  and allow more responsible members  to come forward. At this point  you have put the school's and the town's in jeopardy . June 23 meeting will make or break you. Choices .

Losing Mike Duprey and the treatment he was given and had to endure will not be pushed aside or forgotten.

From a reader the sad good bye

We ended this school year on an extremely emotional note. At about 11:20, ten minutes before school was released, everyone was asked to report to the gym. The staff and students formed a large circle to say goodbye to our principal, Mike Duprey. Everyone stood in anticipation waiting for the moment he would walk in the room. When he walked in, everyone applauded. The introduction to Tim McGraw’s “Humble and Kind” began to play, the crowd began cheering with all of the love in the hearts as Mr. Duprey came into the gym. His face red, his eyes filled with tears, he wore a t-shirt today saying, “Always stay humble and kind.” He was brought to the center of the circle where the applause raised in volume. He began shaking hands and hugging each and every single student and staff member standing in solidarity for him. It took the song playing almost twice before he completed the circle. Ms. Levin took a moment to say a few kind words in honor of Mike’s 26 years of commitment to the Pioneer community. Ms. Oliver presented a framed photograph enlargement of student silhouettes saying the words, “PVRS Loves You Mr. Duprey.” Members of the faculty contributed towards this gift for their principal. Mr. Duprey took a few moments to let us know how appreciative he was of all of us coming together to give him this moment, that he loves us, and will never forget us. There were hardly any dry eyes in that gymnasium. It feels as if it’s the end of an era. At the same time, anyone that has any sense of perception can see that this is not something he wants to do. Many hearts are breaking because they can’t imagine a world at Pioneer without someone like Mr. Duprey. He provides our school with support, stability, fairness, compassion, security, experience, humility, and kindness that feels impossible to replace.

WE LOVE YOU MIKE DUPREY AND YOU ARE PVRS

                                                 HEARTS ARE BROKEN TODAY

Today is more like a memorial

Today is more like a memorial than a happy ending and beginning of summer and we all know  how Ruth  Miller hates Memorials now don't we.
Sadly we say  goodbye to those who will never be forgotten by PVRS
Mr. Wherli
Sharon Jones
Mark Hammond
Teachers and Paras who dedicated so much to our  children and schools.
But mostly Mr Duprey , the man who is the heart of Pioneer and the children he dedicated his life to . To have such a wonderful man trashed this way by a School Committee who made a very bad mistake in judgement , is unforgivable .  So we ALL need to ask ourselves who are they working for ? It surly isn't the teachers or the kids . Maybe its time to revamp  a mistake the voters made when they were elected in and ask them to step down. We need a SC who works  for ALL not just one  because they chose an easy route after being ADVISED by others she was NOT a good choice for PVRS, and in this past year we have seen this to be a fact .
Ruth Miller has caused disruptions in EVERY school she has been to. She lacks the ability to get along with others , and to lead in a positive and constructed way. She can't run or hide from this its all public information on the internet .
School may be out , but not for her , and if we back off theres no telling what  disasters are ahead of us. We must remain vigilant and we will.

If the School Committee wants us to back off , all they have to do is fix the wrongs that have been done and are being done to our teachers and resolve Mike Duprey . All of you on that SC are responsible for this mess, when you chose to go against the committee YOU formed to advise you ! Its now up to YOU to fix it. Not just to undo the wrong you did but to undo the wrong to a man who has DEVOTED HIS LIFE TO THIS SCHOOL AND KIDS ! So far many us believe you are all replaceable , but Mike Duprey is not .

We will take a stand if you don't. If you want this to stop than fix the damage that has been done.

Try and have a Great summer . We thank you all for the wonderful dedication and support you have shown our children even under the trying times you are under. We are here for you and are going nowhere till this injustice is corrected.

We are watching you .

To the Graduating Class of 2016 May all your dreams and wishes come true .

This is heatbreaking so be prepared , especially taxpayers and school choice

Here is a letter from Templeton and its heartbreaking . I hope all taxpayers, teachers and school choice  see this. I have already passed it forward to  Winchester people  to see , they have a right to know everything before being  brought into our nightmare.
Our Heartfelt Thank to Templetons Dave .

I just had a chat with a former SC member.  Ruth Millers deal for NRSD. She sought a new job due to a principal problem prior to the memorial issue
I was told there was still a year left on the contract. So I would say the pattern of can’t play well with others fits. Her budget ways shut Templeton down for almost 2 months. All parts of government were shut down. No night police force or other services were operational. Cemetery only open if digging was needed and the highway superintendent would do the digging. I don’t think it’s bad to say she was not comfortable here after that summer. What she did was use the so called nuclear option to pass a budget after a failed prop 2 ,which was  overrode by voters 3 times. The Nuclear option was to have a combined multi town vote at one meeting. This may soon play out also at Quabbin or your school system some day. It put the towns budget in a spiral fall that ends with a crash at the end of a fiscal year cycle like Templeton endured . It makes the down divided and pits school against all other town departments and festers for years to come. It causes the elimination of recreation programs that keep kids busy during the summer and jobs for the kids to run these programs. Swim lessons canceled due to no funds to pay insurance or instructors. My mother in law started and taught for over 30 years the swim program and couldn’t believe we would cut it.
Without funds that the school system took away we were unable to fund most of the town for 2 months and then some.
She  got her budget and with it got the name we now have for her here Ruthless! That combined town meeting had many flaws. Not enough room for the people who came and denial of a secret ballot vote due to length of time it may take. This process should not be allowed ever and with it should come a mandatory secret ballot process.
I think the way to get her out is with the school choice program people on board. With her there the reason to go there is quickly going away.
The budget is key to the health of your school and school choice is a very big part I would guess you know that. Hit hard on that issue as the SC needs to hear when the smoke clears the cost to the tax payers will mean the school staff will be gutted ,to cut for the loss of school choice people. If that’s where they make the money and they ruin it ask them where will it come from if students  go elsewhere? As with the memorial issue we had here after the smoke cleared  there was  a committee formed to deal with the changes and additions of any new memorials in the future. As with all problems caused by a obtuse decision to not follow guidance we wind up needing a committee to blame next time.
You know so it won’t fall through the crack, like Ruthless said.
I wish I had a silver bullet to give you or a stake for all that matters but all vampires suck the life out of the living. So just tell the SC it’s not just about the money. It’s about the money from school choice that’s at stake and with it your ability to keep this budget alive. With Ruth it will die and never be the same again. Your partner towns will suffer the pain Templeton did with a deeper portion of overall budgets going to fund a money starved system. Every year the town will ask for overrides that fail and cuts to town services will take the hit over and over till there’s no more to cut. Templeton has just begun to heal from this and has a long road to travel. With only 40 people to turn out for a town meeting it shows who could care what happens now. The money is just the amount to dump her one time. Not for the years after the damage is done and school revenue has dropped from the school choice program will the towns begin to financially recover.
Ask about the E+D fund amount and if it could be used to buy her out if there’s any left.
From what I learned today she and another man were the only people who were in the running for the job.
I kind of think they flipped a coin! The other one was from out of state.
I will continue to dig and share what I find.
“Pauly’s Templeton Watch”  has history on this and many other issues Templeton has had to deal with  in the past.
Good luck Pioneer students and staff
Dave

Mike Duprey

Hi Everyone
I jut wanted to tell you to check out the page on Facebook

https://www.facebook.com/PrincipalDuprey/?fref=ts

Please go and add your comments.

Well well well

It seems somebody has a problem with posters and informing the people of Pioneer District  of the meeting for the School Committee June 23 .To let them come and have there voices and opinions heard .

Not a problem , we can make more and hand them out instead .

Like it or not

WE ARE COMING AND WE WANT ANSWERS ESPECIALLY ABOUT MIKE DUPREY, OUR OTHER TEACHERS, AND MR WHERLI.

In todays news

This was a great article , however I like to point out that the School Committee was asked to do interviews of those leaving , and they  have chosen not to. So much for hearing the people.

Fact: Ruth Millers history shows without a doubt the lack of leadership and guidance she possesses  to governor our school or guide it . From Hampton , NH  to Templeton to PVRS, it remains the same. The only difference is with PVRS she chose the wrong school to mess with and we caught it quicker. She got this job by default and a lazy School committee, who also chooses to not address  the issues because of it and  hopes it will just  fade away . Unfortunately  for the SC we are going nowhere and we are holding them accountable  for this  travesty of injustice done to our teachers, principal, vice principal and students.

               "WE ARE THE PANTHERS"

Editorial: Pioneer school board should address public’s concerns

Tuesday, June 14, 2016
The seemingly sudden resignation of Mike Duprey, the acting principal at Pioneer Valley Regional School, has upset many students and parents, some who have other gripes and see a pattern raising questions about the district’s new superintendent.
About 75 parents, students and teachers crammed into the small Pearl Rhodes Elementary School cafeteria in Leyden recently to voice heartfelt and often heated complaints about Superintendent Ruth Miller.
Miller, who has been on the job for more than a year, faced sharp criticism on several fronts. Residents complained about the cost of moving the superintendent’s office, the number of Pioneer staff members resigning and the hiring of a public safety officer.
Duprey resignation, which Miller initially announced as a retirement, was the last straw for many upset parents, teachers and students.
“The system is bleeding administrators,” said Scott Lyman, a former principal of Bernardston Elementary School and Gill Elementary School, implying the departures suggest something is amiss at Pioneer.
However, Miller said that the number of staff members leaving — including six retirements and a sabbatical — is not unusual in comparison to years past.
The parents then went on to complain about the cost of moving the superintendent’s offices from old modulars to rented space in Northfield and about the introduction of a police resource officer in the schools, seen as a sensible precaution by some and unneeded by others.
What we found interesting and hopeful, amid the grumbling, was that townspeople were engaged in the governance of their schools enough to challenge the superintendent. We also found it refreshing that at least some school board members were open-minded about the complaints. Too often school boards brush aside complaints like these and side by default with their superintendent.
“Personally, I’ve never felt less in-the-know as a member of the School Committee,” said committee member Peggy Kaeppel.
“I think it’s a travesty to lose (Duprey),” committee member Bill Wahlstrom said. “Given the sentiment that was expressed tonight, I don’t think we’ve gotten to the bottom of this yet.”
It seems clear that the discussion is not over — nor should it be.
Miller had supporters at the meeting, among them Dawn Magi, Warwick Selectboard chairwoman, who said Miller “wants the best education for everyone … I can understand people are upset … We’ve known these people (who are resigning) for a long time. But sometimes people need to move on, and sometimes it’s to our benefit to make a change.”
We need more clarity on the facts to judge specific complaints and the broader insinuation that Miller is somehow driving people out. But it seems like a complaint worth considering further, and we hope that the School Committee will address the community’s concerns and not just wait for them to fade away.
We’d like to see those explorations held in open sessions because what most of those residents were talking about the other day were not “personnel” matters but rather the professional performance of their superintendent. Being relatively new, Miller may deserve some slack, but may also need some scrutiny and guidance if the facts warrant.
These are the public’s schools after all, and the performance of everyone in those schools is the public’s business.

LET US MAKE THIS CLEAR TO THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE AND RUTH MILLER WE ARE NOT FADING AWAY AND COMING .

PVRS Teachers and Admins

First of all, I want to thank you ALL for being the best and most supportive bunch that any child could ask for . Each one of you have gone beyond outstanding and the Award PVRS recently received showed this . None of this could of ever been achieved without you . Your dedication to these children and PVRS, is what  makes you shine above the rest . You see this in your colleagues, the students and  in the pride and spirit that makes PVRS what it is.

Now, I need to speak to you from the heart. Each one of you knows what is going on inside this school and we as parents see it in your faces and so do the students . The laughter and spirit is gone and sadly  its up to you to decide if you want it back. Ms. Fisher took a stand  and  probably  felt  like that elephant in the room she spoke about  but what pride we felt in her  she brought many of us  to tears . Yet, only one other teacher took a stand . Where were you? Why did you not stand up for the school that you have worked so hard in building ? For the kids who depend on you to say  hey whats going on here is wrong! They look to you for guidance and support and they see there school being torn apart and people they loved and respected leaving  and nobody standing up to stop it but these two teachers! What is that showing them?  From the time they walked into this school in 7th grade you didn't just educate them you  taught them honor, trust, and to fight for what they believed in and that nothing was impossible if you try.  From the school classrooms to the sports fields  they showed you they were listening . So why when you see the kids hurting  at the loss of one of your own would you not take a stand and come forward ?
The man  that not only you depended  on  but the kids as well will not be greeting them at the door next year instead  a resource officer will . Is this  what you want  for  our school and the kids when you can take a stand and stop it ? Are you willing to let everything you have worked for with this school and these kids past and present be lost ? These kids need you to take a stand for them and there school . You have the voice  and the knowledge to change a wrong that has happened the kids don't.
Ruth Miller is just not a good fit  for our school  our teachers or our kids and you all know this . We have already lost so much, are you going to allow this to continue ? How do you know that it won't be you  next? What about Mike Duprey, how many of you has he fought for isn't it time you return that fight for him for that matter yourselves?
At the end of the day  these are choices that are up to you . All of you had a hand in making and building this school into what it was before all this started and has become what it is today  and its up to you to save it or walk away . We can't make you do it  but I can promise you this , if you don't a time will come sooner than you think when  you will look back to this moment and wish you took a stand .
So its up to you,  are the kids and the school worth the fight and Mike Duprey  or do you turn your backs and walk away ?
We have always said you are the best of the best  were we wrong?
I guess we will learn the truth June 23.

Again School Committee Did you Know?

Why is it none of this information was released when she was being interviewed? Why did she hide her past employments ? Could the answers be below? Ruth Leveille alias Ruth Miller . Funny how not only did Templeton state these problems, but we are also seeing it with us now .

The reasons given have been the principal's alleged inability to get along with other administrators - a statement Leveille said came from the superintendent - and concerns about Leveille's lack of leadership, according to Gaylord.( sound familiar PVRS?)

To SC: For the love of God , I do not get ( nor do others ) why you would allow PVRS to lose our Principals and others and not  do anything to support them who have been loyal and honest with you?  You need to listen to our teachers and support them, and Mike Duprey needs to stay. PERIOD. Enough  of this nonsense and abuse .

The following is the text of WHS Principal Ruth Leveille's statement read by her on Thursday evening:
    Dear Winnacunnet Community:
I want to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the ability to speak with you tonight. I also want to say how appreciative I am too for the honor to have served you and our students. It gives me a great deal of pride and pleasure to be able to have a thoughtful conversation with you, thus enlightening you on where I am today and my hopes and dreams for the future of Winnacunnet High School.
Despite the obvious angst, struggle and the awkwardness of this public situation I want to tell you how pleased I am to have served you. Winnacunnet High School is an excellent high school with limitless potential. I am so proud to be part of a school that has accomplished much. Let me give you some examples:
Over the past three years: Community created mission and graduation expectations.
Successful New England Schools and Colleges site visit; with numerous accolades given to the staff for their best practices and student centered instruction.
Successful Special Education On-site visit. Teachers worked collaboratively to develop case studies which were analyzed and evaluated.
Community support 76 percent for a building addition and renovation project.
Creation of an Adult Diploma Program where over 30 individuals earn their high school diploma in the evening.
The establishment of the newly formed Winnacunnet Endowment fund.
The creation of the Seacoast Community Safety Net — an organization focused on education, treatment and prevention of drug and alcohol abuse.
The organization and facilitation of the Winnacunnet Faculty Council — a voice for teachers in all aspects of school operations.
The establishment of an administrative team that works collaboratively to lead the operations of the school.
The implementation of the trimester schedule created by empowering the staff and engaging the community. The result was a schedule that is academically more beneficial to students, meets the state standards for required time and allows for students and staff to have an acceptable amount of time for lunch.
Teachers have worked tirelessly to rewrite all curriculums to align them with graduation expectations and standards.
Establishment of an effective eighth-grade transition program where we meet the needs of children from all communities.
Restructuring of student government to include more students based on an application process and interviews.
Created a student recognition program to acknowledge all students? successes, athletics, student government, academic awards, academic teams, performing, and visual arts on a trimester basis.
Created a climate of mutual respect which raised the expectation of student behavior and allowed us to have dynamic assemblies which showcase student behavior and achievement.
Respond to student issues such as the Iraq war, instead of a walk out we had a thought provoking assembly.
Cathy Silva being named Marine Biology Teacher of the Year.
Stu Cameron being named a finalist for Teacher of the Year.
Kathy Lombardi being nominated for School Nurse of the Year.
Under the direction of our technology director our computer system is now networked with security and appropriate filters.
Under the direction of our media specialist the library is now a place where students go to access information from a variety of innovative media sources which in turn supports the teachers with their curricula.
This list could go on and on.
I am concerned however that the events of the past year may have clouded perspective and compromised the opportunity for future growth and prosperity. In doing so it is my obligation as principal to share my perceptions so that thoughtful reflection can occur which may lead to further growth of Winnacunnet High School.
Being principal of a public high school is a daunting and challenging task. This challenge has been further exacerbated by my inability to communicate how I am feeling and what I need while also getting the necessary feedback and input in order to reflect to do my job to the best of my ability.
Again, thank you for letting me share the facts as I see it so that the community will have a complete picture and broader perspective.
The School Board and superintendent held clandestine non-public meetings with my staff and never communicated any information to me. The staff was sworn to silence and the minutes of the meeting did not accurately reflect the conversation. Not only was my ability to lead compromised because subordinates were encouraged to talk about me. Without the benefits of knowing what the issues were, I could not address concerns or learn and grow. Also without proper due process, the leadership only heard one side of the story, so in essence I was accused, tried and sentenced without process. This way of doing business is morally and ethically wrong and unprofessional. From that moment on I was not able to successfully lead.
Staff that had been non-renewed were given the gracious opportunity to resign. Without my input, staff were reappointed, thus totally compromising my leadership and ability to effectively supervise.
Resulting from this my hands were tied and staff were empowered to be insubordinate with no recourse.
A vice-principal was hired, given most of my authority and has regular communication with the superintendent and school board.
The perception of the school community is that he was hired to replace me.
My job description was changed without my knowledge or input.
All communication with the superintendent has been initiated by me. The superintendent has spoken to me only three times since Dec. 17.
The school board continues to spends hours in non-public session with little documentation of conversation, violating the public's right to know.
Having said all that I stand before you tonight recognizing that I do not have a job, or the prospects of future employment. I am not bitter about this, however I have honestly recognized that this is a consequence of my present situation.
I am not asking for my job back and I am not interested in debating who did what, where, when and why. I am only asking that I be treated fairly and part of that is being able to speak with you tonight for which I am grateful. I wish for the year's notice of non-renewal in my contract to be honored and that the community and board will at least meet me part way.
Also, it is obvious to people throughout the area that this district is at an important crossroad. My desire is that the end result of my experience will help promote open and honest communication and dialogue throughout the district. I only want what is best for Winnacunnet High School and its future.
As I began, I will leave with a quote from Margaret Mead.
"Never doubt that a small group of caring dedicated people could change the world, indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." ( well at least he gets that )

HAMPTON — A 15-minute conversation on Thursday night between the attorney for the Winnacunnet School Board and the attorney for Principal Ruth Leveille is what caused Leveille to withdraw her request for a public hearing on the non-renewal of her contract.
Andru Volinsky, who is representing Leveille, declined to comment, however, on what was said since School Board attorney Robert Casassa might have considered their conversation to be confidential.
Casassa could not be reached on Monday.
Calls to Leveille were not returned. It was unclear whether she was at the school.
Volinsky confirmed on Monday what seemed evident at the Thursday night meeting at the high school: "It was based on the conversation with attorney Casassa. It was based on what happened before the hearing that caused us to make the decision we did."
In waiving the public hearing Thursday, Volinsky said publicly only that he didn't believe Leveille would get a fair hearing.
Leveille then asked if she could read a statement before the more than 40 people in attendance. The School Board refused her request and adjourned the meeting.
Leveille read her four-page statement to an estimated dozen people who followed her into the hallway outside the library where the meeting was held.
School Board Chairwoman Susan Kepner said following the short meeting that the board was ready to give Leveille a fair hearing. Kepner added that SAU 21 Superintendent James Gaylord had planned to call witnesses and present the reason why Leveille wasn't renominated.
The reasons given have been the principal's alleged inability to get along with other administrators - a statement Leveille said came from the superintendent - and concerns about Leveille's lack of leadership, according to Gaylord.( sound familiar PVRS?)
The five-member board has the authority to overturn Gaylord's decision not to renew Leveille's one-year contract. Leveille said Gaylord had informed her of that decision in December.
Leveille has served as Winnacunnet High School principal for three years.
In her statement, Leveille said, "I am not asking for my job back, and I am not interested in debating who did what, where, when and why. ... I wish for the year's notice of non-renewal of my contract to be honored and that the community and board will at least meet me partway."
Asked the meaning of this statement on Monday, Volinsky said, "There is a provision in her contract, if (she does) not continue in her position, she gets 12 months."
The language in the contract states that any notice given is to be based on her anniversary date. Accordingly, her year's notice would be dated June 30, lasting to June 30, 2006, said Volinsky.
"It's clear she's not going to work another year," he added.
Volinsky did not confirm that this implied a buyout of her contract, and he would not comment on whether Leveille will file a lawsuit against the school district.
"I think there are a number of things under consideration," he said.

HAMPTON -- The Winnacunnet Cooperative School Board doesn't plan on showing the high school's former principal Ruth Leveille the money any time soon.
The board is appealing a 2005 state Department of Labor decision that forced the school district to pay her $4,300 in vacation wages she claims were owed to her.
Superintendent James Gaylord and Winnacunnet School Board Chairman Chris Singleton refused to comment on the appeal that goes to trial at Rockingham County Superior Court on Oct. 11.
Leveille, who was principal at the school for three years, filed a statutory wage claim with the state on June 23, 2005, claiming the district owed her a year's salary after it decided not to renew her contract.
Leveille argued she deserved $110,009.98 in lost wages and benefits because she wasn't given sufficient notice that she wasn't going to be rehired. Language in her contract states any notice given be based on her June 30 anniversary date. School officials told her her contract was not going to be renewed in March.
At the time, Gaylord said the board did not renew Leveille's contract because she did not cooperate with other administrators and lacked leadership skills.( Bingo)
The Department of Labor denied Leveille's claim she was entitled to a year's salary, but agreed she was owed vacation time.
According to court documents, Winnacunnet filed the appeal because school officials claim Leveille doesn't deserve any vacation days. Officials claim Leveille used those days when she requested to take off June 3-24. Leveille opted to take the time off in the aftermath of canceling a public hearing with the School Board to hear the reasons why she was being let go.
The Department of Labor ruled she deserved the vacation days because Gaylord wrote her a letter on June 8 stating she was on suspension for the remainder of her contract and didn't want her to return. The labor board ruled once Gaylord suspended Leveille, it nullified the request for time off.
A lawyer representing the School Board stated in court documents the fact Leveille was suspended after she requested the time off is irrelevant and she is not owed any compensation.
