PVRS Teachers and Admins

First of all, I want to thank you ALL for being the best and most supportive bunch that any child could ask for . Each one of you have gone beyond outstanding and the Award PVRS recently received showed this . None of this could of ever been achieved without you . Your dedication to these children and PVRS, is what  makes you shine above the rest . You see this in your colleagues, the students and  in the pride and spirit that makes PVRS what it is.

Now, I need to speak to you from the heart. Each one of you knows what is going on inside this school and we as parents see it in your faces and so do the students . The laughter and spirit is gone and sadly  its up to you to decide if you want it back. Ms. Fisher took a stand  and  probably  felt  like that elephant in the room she spoke about  but what pride we felt in her  she brought many of us  to tears . Yet, only one other teacher took a stand . Where were you? Why did you not stand up for the school that you have worked so hard in building ? For the kids who depend on you to say  hey whats going on here is wrong! They look to you for guidance and support and they see there school being torn apart and people they loved and respected leaving  and nobody standing up to stop it but these two teachers! What is that showing them?  From the time they walked into this school in 7th grade you didn't just educate them you  taught them honor, trust, and to fight for what they believed in and that nothing was impossible if you try.  From the school classrooms to the sports fields  they showed you they were listening . So why when you see the kids hurting  at the loss of one of your own would you not take a stand and come forward ?
The man  that not only you depended  on  but the kids as well will not be greeting them at the door next year instead  a resource officer will . Is this  what you want  for  our school and the kids when you can take a stand and stop it ? Are you willing to let everything you have worked for with this school and these kids past and present be lost ? These kids need you to take a stand for them and there school . You have the voice  and the knowledge to change a wrong that has happened the kids don't.
Ruth Miller is just not a good fit  for our school  our teachers or our kids and you all know this . We have already lost so much, are you going to allow this to continue ? How do you know that it won't be you  next? What about Mike Duprey, how many of you has he fought for isn't it time you return that fight for him for that matter yourselves?
 At the end of the day  these are choices that are up to you . All of you had a hand in making and building this school into what it was before all this started and has become what it is today  and its up to you to save it or walk away . We can't make you do it  but I can promise you this , if you don't a time will come sooner than you think when  you will look back to this moment and wish you took a stand .
So its up to you,  are the kids and the school worth the fight and Mike Duprey  or do you turn your backs and walk away ?
We have always said you are the best of the best  were we wrong?
I guess we will learn the truth June 23.
