I
am writing to let you know that the Budget Hearing scheduled for
tonight, Feb. 7th is cancelled and it has been rescheduled for Thursday
night Feb. 9th in the Pioneer auditorium at 7:00 PM. This is an
opportunity for community members to hear about next years proposed
budget and provided feedback for the School Committee.

Meeting is still on for tomorrow night at 7 in the PVRS auditorium, even with the storm and school being canceled. PLEASE come and voice your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions about proposed budget.
ReplyDeleteYeah that's just so stupid. Why have a meeting when the roads are messed up with fresh snow and ice. This is all just part of her plan. Please call your school committee members and tell them to cancel the meeting. It may not be such a bad idea to call ruthless herself. And another thing...she better cancel school on Friday...wind gusts are going to be at least 20mph and there is no way kids should be standing out for buses then!!!

ReplyDeleteYou really didn't miss much. They basically just went over the same budgetary items they've already discussed, and picked a new date for the budget hearing, which will be March 2. They also debated whether to add the dean of students back into the budget.
