It has now come to a point when your getting past the sadness and hurt and just getting more angry.
Word has it he wanted to move on because of the atompshire.
PVRS has a black cloud hanging over her and until something is done to change it nothing will ever be the same.

We like to thank the SC , Miller, Bacon and Jenn for taking a strong independent school with spirit and in two years destroying it.
Please contact the school union and Dept of ED with letters of concern.
This saddens me so much. Mr.H was awesome and now another loss. When is this gonna end?

School committee tonight at 6:30 at PVRS in the library...please all attend (especially parents and recent graduates!) we must tell them to release ruthless from her contract!
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about this a lot lately and I see it two ways. Do you remember back in the winter when gail healey stood up and gave that speech? I'm pretty sure that that speexh was written by ruthless and she only read it to keep her job. It wouldn't surprise me. She was asst. super when Dayle was in office so she can't be THAT bad...Anyways, what the SC Should do TONIGHT is release ruthless from her contract, not accept her resignation and just FIRE HER then and there. If they let her stay on it will just cause more BS. idk how much it would cost but i think it's the only safe option. Either they could make gail super or chh or someone else. Thoughts?

DeleteMeeting is still going on. Very agonizing. There were a few concerns from teachers who no longer has their jobs. A couple community members stood up in suppport of the changes. They are still having problems with the microphones. Also they finally got the decision made about where to move the central office and the choice is the 200s wing 204, 207, etc. but not Aimee Browns room. Also not the science rooms. There is also talk about becoming a Horace Mann charter school. This would be in Warwick and possibly PVRS. Also Sharon Fontaine caught ruthless withholding info at the budget meeting last night. ReplyDeleteteachers are pissed. There are no middle school math teachers or social studies English teachers. Two resigned. Also humanities has been tabled.
Next meeting is special meeting all should attend Thursday July 13 at 7pm at PVRS library
DeleteRuth told the committe she would improve but didn't say how...who does that sound like? I can't believe how ruth potee sucked up to Jean bacon too. Also the baconater says that along with H two others resigned today. Ariel Lareau spoke on behalf of Mr. Despres who says it to early to do APLit. Someone spoke on behalf of a former sped teacher who is dissapointed. They are going to lose more kids if they don't get rid of her. She needs to go before the end of the next tyear. Karen O'Neil former science teacher got called out by Karen scanlon tech who is pro ruth about a letter she wrote against ruthless. Jean and Karen svanlon called Karen O'Neill out. My guess is they want to keep their jobs so they are kissing up. At least I hope that's the case.
ReplyDeleteHeads up more teachers will be leaving. They are not happy with Bacon or the VP Jenn and how the school is running . I told you get rid of all 3 of them before no school is left .

ReplyDeleteIt is true some of them bicker like toddlers but others tell their fellow members to shut it. Good for them. You can also tell who is pro ruthless and who is against her. Crazy meeting next one will be interesting but anyways happy summer!
ReplyDeleteThat women Robin is kind of crazy...at the last meeting the way she read the Eval was so weird. Then at the curriculum meeting last night Sharon Fontaine basically told her to shut up...bless her heart! I'm glad there are people like Sharon and sue on the school committee to fight with the crazies like Robin david John and Pat. John was even asleep during part of the meeting tonight!
