To little to late

Fair warning ,, I am not gonna be nice here.

For starters Miller you are a lying bitch. Look over the past blogs from the beginning .
1- You left Templeton because YOU KNEW YOUR CONTRACT WAS NOT BEING RENEWED.The destruction you did to those people and that town is something they are still trying to bail out from. Loss of revenue, loss of teachers, a memorial for kids.. oh the list is endless.

2-You came to our school and pulled your same dirty deeds here except we caught on thanks to the good people of Templeton  who informed us. You took a school full of spirit and destroyed it and you took from it the heart which was Mike Duprey, Cathy HH, and some great teachers these kids depended on. You are no loss , we want you gone now!

Lets put out a few reminders

Maybe its time people know why he left .. we have 5 people who were in that room and heard your threats on the speaker phone.

Or how about this one when you said PVRS was in a dire financial situation   only to find out IT WAS NOT and that you had no idea what you were doing concerning school choice and how districts paid.
Again you lied, PVRS was in better shape BEFORE you showed up and is now failing. But thats what you do destroy and move on. As a Principal you were fired and you also knew it was coming from Templeton as well.

Or how you LIED about Mike Duprey and went to a Newspaper when he didn't show up as you DEMANDED on Pops Night. Little did you know we were outside watching you . Again more lies

Oh trust me this list could just keep going .. but most of it is in the back logs of this blog.

3- Take your principal and VP with you . Nobody here will ever accept them anymore than they did you.

You arrived at this decision 2 week ago , Who are you kidding! You lost your special building and you had to move into the school..( Templeton called this one lol.. ) Not to mention the School Union is after you .. Please, stop lying and as for your reputation, Honey you have NONE! Your known as Ruthless and you destroy every school you have stepped into. Please don't wait a year . we will be happy to help you pack.

I said ‘I think working out my contract makes the most sense,’” Miller continued, “and I wasn’t really interested in going beyond that.”

Again you lie  or do I need to post how you were gonna stay at PVRS for a long time ?  Your first statement was finishing out your career here. OURS was no your not

 Miller says
“My goal will be to help them get financially stable and continue to support the new principals,” she said. “I’ll be moving on and hopefully, I’ll have the district in a better place than when I got here, and somebody else can move it forward after that.”

For the love of GOD , YOU ,MILLER have destroyed our school , we were stable and high spirited! NO, you need to leave now not a year from now because I promise you every move you make, we  will be watching you . As long as you are here this blog remains. It will take a miracle and years to undo the damage you have done. SC buy out this contract while we have a school left.

NORTHFIELD — Pioneer Valley Regional School District Superintendent Ruth Miller has announced that after next school year, she won’t be continuing in her role.
Miller said she first relayed the news in letters to School Committee members last week, saying she will not be looking to negotiate a new contract once her current three-year contract is up. If nothing changes, Miller’s last day as superintendent will be June 30, 2018.
Miller said she arrived at the decision about three weeks ago.
“I think it’s a considerable struggle financially that I was not aware of when I came,” she said of the school district. “I didn’t come to Pioneer to have teachers lose their jobs and not have enough resources to provide for the students in the way I thought I’d be able to.”
“I said ‘I think working out my contract makes the most sense,’” Miller continued, “and I wasn’t really interested in going beyond that.”
Before coming to Pioneer in 2015, Miller was superintendent of the Narragansett Regional School District for three years, and was associate superintendent for three years before that.
Though Miller said she’s had some job offers, she plans to start thinking about her future in the fall. Meanwhile she will continue to focus on Pioneer.
“My goal will be to help them get financially stable and continue to support the new principals,” she said. “I’ll be moving on and hopefully, I’ll have the district in a better place than when I got here, and somebody else can move it forward after that.”
In particular, she hopes the district will have some money left over at the end of the fiscal year to begin paying down its school lunch fund deficit, which Assistant Superintendent Gail Healy said in April had reached $217,000.
Some members of the School Committee said they’ll be sad to see Miller leave the district.
“I think this is unfortunate,” said School Committee member David Young of Warwick. “She’s doing a good job for us, I’ll be sorry to lose her.”
“Ruth has worked really hard to get us through the district’s progress,” said School Committee member Robin L’Etoile of Northfield. “I’m wishing her the best in her future endeavors.”
Young and School Committee member Peggy Kaeppel agreed the news wasn’t unexpected.
“I was surprised, but it wasn’t totally unexpected,” said Kaeppel of Leyden. “We’ve had more parents and staff concerned with how things have been going in the last year and a half, more than any time I can remember.”
Given complaints from parents, staff and community members regarding changes in staff and communication, to name a couple of topics, Young said he sees Miller withdrawing “so she doesn’t have her reputation trashed.” However, he believes the change represents the opportune time to push toward further regionalization, perhaps sharing a superintendent with another district.
“I think, making lemonade out of lemons, that this is the opportunity to regionalize central office,” he said. “At this point I wouldn’t be inclined to go out on a superintendent’s search.”
“I think we’re still all just kind of taking it in and coming up with a plan on how to move forward,” Kaeppel said, adding she’s anxious to discuss the district’s options during the next School Committee meeting on June 22 at 7 p.m. at Pioneer.

  2. I agree this comes to late. I don't blame just Miller but our SC as well. So much has been lost and its not gonna recover with Bacon or The VP. The damage is deep and the kids are unhappy and as long as they are at the school parents are looking elsewhere.I have spoken with many of them and they are looking at Greenfield and Turners as well as NMH and Charter Schools. The SC better think hard before this summer is over and a buy out of contracts might be the best option.

  3. Another problem is David Young, he is not a good fit for our schools and when he states this "Young said he sees Miller withdrawing “so she doesn’t have her reputation trashed." Its obvious he is oblivious to what has been going on, and he so obnoxious and not supportive of the teachers or children. FYI Mr.Young if you had done your due diligence like you were suppose to before hiring her you would know she has no reputation to begin with to protect except that shes been fired or been asked to leave everywhere she goes.

  5. You want Pioneer to be a "stable and high spirited" school, teach the kids not to be bullies. That is what Pioneer is known for outside the community (and inside of it), snooty and full of bullies.
Judging from this year...we can't disagree. It's been miserable and you know who tried to help, the principal and VP, you know, the ones you despise. They're the ones that helped our kid.

  6. Listen I hate to be the downer here but your full of crap. How can a Principal who is a bully and a VP who can't be bothered or lies to get out of situations help anyone?I am betting your one of them cause you won't find a handful to agree with you.

    1. Please do not accuse someone of being a liar and dismiss a child's suffering because of a difference of opinion.
The solution will not be found if any difference is attacked. No one will speak up for fear of attack. That parent deserves an apology from you, and so does the child.

  7. Hey now! I didn't say I agreed with everything or anything going on. I'm simply saying that they helped in the midst of a bullying situation.
But thanks for implying that it's okay for a child to be bullied as long as your agenda is met. i will not stoop to a level that accuses someone of being okay with bullying, that will get nothing accomplished.
Come on now. We are all adults here. Nothing is going to get fixed if tempers rule our ideas.
Constructive, well thought out ideas, spoken professionally and with calm demeanors are what get results.
Please do not imply that my child's suffering is okay because you didn't see it. It does no good for the cause of creating a better school environment. In fact it diminishes it.
